What began as a simple effort to offer relief from the desert heat soon became a healing ritual. Crafted from age-old Ayurvedic recipes passed down through generations, her sharbat was not just a drink—it was a tonic of life. Among the many children helping at the stall was young Bhagchand Katariya Ji, quietly observing, learning, and absorbing the wisdom of herbs. His curiosity for Ayurveda became his calling. Over time, he immersed himself in the study of medicinal plants, unlocking the secrets of holistic well-being that would shape the very soul of Navkar Sharbat.

Vaidh Bhagchand Ji was more than a sharbat maker—he was a healer, a listener, and a visionary. He believed in simplicity, purity, and balance. With his hands, he crushed herbs, stirred mixtures, and poured not just drinks but his heart into every bottle. By 1951, production had grown from a few bottles a day to a local demand that surprised even him. He hand-filled each bottle with care, labeling them with trust. What once started with just 4 bottles a day, over the next few decades, grew into a movement of wellness.
